DELIVERY INFORMATION
Where we ship
We ship to Italy, the EU, and selected non-EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Order Processing Time
Standard orders: 1–3 business days
Customized / made-to-order items: 5–15 business days, depending on the production process
Delivery times start from the shipping date, not from the order date.
Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
We offer Economy and Express services. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (peak periods, remote areas, weather, operational constraints).
For non-EU shipments, customs clearance may affect transit times and can cause delays beyond our control.
Economy
Italy: 1–2 business days
European Union: 2–7 business days
Non-EU countries: 3–10 business days (customs clearance may cause delays)
Express
Italy: 1 business day
European Union: 1–2 business days
Non-EU countries: 1–3 business days (customs clearance may cause delays)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and selected service.
Courier & Tracking
We ship with FedEx or DHL Express.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your AWB / Tracking Number.

Enter the AWB / Tracking Number exactly as provided in the email.
Missed Delivery / Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the shipment may be held, returned, or destroyed (depending on the courier and destination country). Any additional costs (re-shipment, storage, return fees) will be charged to the customer.
Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (Non-EU Shipments)
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may be applied by local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures may also impact transit times.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:
Take clear photos of the package and the product immediately
Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery
Contact us with your order number and supporting images
Partial Shipments
If your order includes items with different availability or production times, we may ship in multiple packages. Separate tracking numbers will be provided.
